The view over the lake was stunning, and the facilities included tea and coffee making options. Our room had a comfy king size bed.

Felt really good, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was pretty spacious and had a cozy king size bed that felt great after a long day. I enjoyed having tea and coffee making options. The bathroom could use a refresh, though. some of the fittings were a bit tired and the flooring wasn’t the cleanest. it was decent for a short stay, just needs a bit of TLC.

This place is perfect for me, with free wi-fi, a cozy bar, and a flat-screen TV. I remember the staff helping me find parking on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a weekend getaway. I'm coming back!

Had a really comfy king size bed that let me catch up on my sleep. The staff were friendly and helped when I needed directions to that place by the lake.

Not exactly inexpensive but still OK for the level of comfort.

Room had good amenities like a flat-screen TV, desk, and private bathroom with body soap and shampoo. The upper floors are accessible by lift. Nice heating, hand sanitiser, and complimentary toiletries added to comfort. The location next to a lake was great for walks. Spa facilities were a nice touch for relaxation.

the lakeside has a comfortable bed and nice touches like a fan on hot days. i enjoyed the location next to the lake and the easy access to nearby dining options, including a decent breakfast at the carvery. also, fly screens made it easy to keep the window open while enjoying the view.

Found some epic chow at Sing Faye! Their meat dishes had the right balance of spices, while the seafood was fresh and full of flavor. Plus, popping over to Chain Lane Chippy for some proper chips was a highlight! Top that with the Unit 8 Cafe, which had killer coffee to kickstart the day.

While the bar area was chill, a bit more vibe wouldn't hurt.

The hotel offered a lovely view and friendly staff. the room showed signs of wear, and there were disturbances from a noisy family above. Breakfast was available next door at the Toby Carvery, which was a convenient option.

The decor in the common areas was fresh and inviting, making it a warm space for relaxing. The accessible rooms offered ample space, providing ease of movement for seniors like me, which I truly appreciated.

More seating in the lobby area would be helpful.

The experience was marred by an unjust parking penalty for which I was given no support from staff, especially Luke, the liaison officer. Although the refreshments were decent, the overall service fell drastically short of expectations. I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported, which overshadowed the positives of my stay.
